NO RETURN POLICY

At Sticker Mania, we specialize in custom-made stickers and cannabis packaging products manufactured to our customers' exact specifications. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or provide refunds once an order has been placed and production has begun.

ORDER VERIFICATION

Before production begins, we provide digital proofs for your approval. It is your responsibility to carefully review these proofs for any errors or discrepancies. Once you approve a proof, you accept full responsibility for the content and specifications of your order.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your products arrive damaged or defective due to manufacturing errors:

• Contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving your order
• Include photographs of the damaged/defective products
• Provide your order number and a detailed description of the issue

We will assess each claim on a case-by-case basis. If we determine that products were damaged during shipping or contain manufacturing defects, we may offer a replacement at our discretion.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• Orders may be canceled only before production begins
• Once production has started, cancellations cannot be accepted
• Custom design fees are non-refundable under any circumstances
