Thank you for choosing Sticker Mania (SP Sticker Mania). All products are custom printed to order.
Please review our shipping policy below.
Order Process
- Client Places Order – Customer submits order and completes payment at checkout.
- Production – We print your custom items after payment is received and artwork is approved (if applicable).
- Shipping – Once production is complete, your order is packaged and shipped.
Because all items are custom made, we do not keep pre-printed inventory in stock.
Production Time
We work fast.
- Average production time: 2 business days
- Maximum production time: 3 business days
Production time begins:
- After payment is successfully processed
- After final artwork approval (if proof is required)
Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
Large volume orders may require the full 3 business days.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
- Package weight
- Package dimensions
- Delivery location
- Selected shipping speed
The customer is responsible for all shipping costs unless stated otherwise in a promotion.
Shipping Carriers
We ship using trusted carriers such as:
- USPS
- UPS
- FedEx
Carrier selection depends on order size, destination, and best available rate.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times depend on the shipping method selected at checkout.
- Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days (after production)
- Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (after production)
Please note: Delivery time does not include production time.
We are not responsible for shipping carrier delays once the package has been handed off.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
If an incorrect address is provided:
- We are not responsible for lost packages.
- Reshipment will require additional shipping fees.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit:
- Contact us within 3 business days of delivery.
- Provide photos of damaged packaging and product (if applicable).
We will assist with filing a claim with the shipping carrier when appropriate.
For international orders:
- Customers are responsible for customs fees, duties, and import taxes.
- Delivery times may vary due to customs processing.
- We are not responsible for customs-related delays.
High-Value & Bulk Orders
For large or high-value custom print orders:
- Signature confirmation may be required.
- Shipping insurance may be added for protection.
